NAGDCA Virtual Annual Conference

NAGDCA’s Annual Conference is the nation’s premier event for public sector defined contribution administrators. While we are all disappointed we can’t be together in person this year, we’re grateful we can still connect virtually. The virtual conference will offer plan sponsors and industry representatives the opportunity to network with each other, share ideas with peers, learn innovative techniques for improving retirement outcomes, and much more!

Access Recordings

Session recordings are posted in the event platform and conference app and are currently only available to conference registrants. 

To access recordings:

  1. Click here to log in to the event platform. 
  2. Navigate to the session.
  3. Click “View Recording” found under “Session Resources.”

Registration Information

Registration includes access to all conference sessions and events during September 13-16, 2021 and access to all recordings after the conference ends.

¹ Government Non-member registration includes complimentary NAGDCA membership beginning on the date of purchase through Dec. 31, 2021. Only available to plans who have not been members within the past three years. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than August 31, 2021 via email at registration@nagdca.org. A refund of the full event registration fee, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. NAGDCA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions are gladly accepted! Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the virtual event start date by submitting a written request to registration@nagdca.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

Continuing Education

For the virtual NAGDCA Annual Conference sessions, no advanced preparation nor prerequisites are required. The delivery method for all sessions is Group Internet Based.

The National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators, Inc (NAGDCA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual course for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.


National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA) is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. The total number of PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM for this program will be listed once approved (credits awarded based on session attendance). For more information about certification or recertification, please visit www.shrmcertification.org.


NAGDCA is also eligible to offer continuing education credits for CFP and CRC designations. For more information about the CFP program, please visit www.CFP.net, and for more information regarding the CRC program, please visit www.InFRE.org.

Attendees seeking CFP*, CPE, CRC and/or SHRM credit MUST complete a CE session survey for each virtual session attended.

  • You must attend the live session to qualify for continuing education credits. 
  • Sessions qualifying for credit have a unique code given at the end of each session. You will need this code to complete the CE survey.
  • You must complete a continuing education survey found under “Session Resources” for each session on the event platform to receive credit. Surveys must be completed by Friday, September 24.
  • A certificate for each completed session will be emailed to you upon completion of the CE survey and will be available on the event platform under My Account – My Certificates.

  4. Click the link to join the Zoom webinar or meeting.

Confirmation emails are commonly delivered to junk or spam folders. If you can not locate your confirmation email, please contact registration@nagdca.org to request a resend.

Access to advance registration lists is a benefit reserved for Partner, Premier, and Visionary sponsors. A link to access the attendance roster will be sent to the sponsorship point of contact in June or upon purchase. The data provided in these lists may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose.
